Program Structure:

MaxLove Ambassadors are SuperFamilies, friends & allies who sign up to fundraise to send Love + Light with cloud b’s Super Max the Turtle to their favorite children’s hospital in honor or loving memory of their SuperKid(s) and also SuperSib(s).

Others who would like to give and support but who aren’t in our SuperFamily community are encouraged to support a SuperFamily’s campaign.

Families first sign-up with MaxLove Project and are then invited to create a fundraising page. From there, MLP staff will team up with the family to identify the appropriate hospital contact.

Once the family fundraises $500 or more, MLP will notify the hospital of the gift shipment. MLP will ship the Super Max the Turtle units directly to the hospital. The successful ambassador will also be sent a special package from MaxLove Project.

Ambassadors who raise over $500 will support those who aren’t able to fully make the goal. We lift each other up in the process!

The overall goal is to send a total of 2000 units to 50+ children’s hospitals across the country!

Together we will make this happen!!

The nest step in this process is to officially sign up to be a MaxLove Ambassador. The enrollment form is located at the bottom of this page. It’s easy to complete and will give us the very basic info that we need to get your family officially enrolled in the program.

Once you fill out the enrollment form you’ll immediately receive a link to get started on your fundraising page. It’s quick and easy! See the nest step for more info.

Once you officially enroll you’ll receive a link to create your own fundraising page within our Super Max the Turtle campaign page. It’s so quick and easy!

We use a platform called GiveButter that makes it very easy to set your goal, use your own images, and tell your family’s story. If you run into any issues please email us at info@maxloveproject.org.

Be sure to set your goal for $500 and personalize your story as much as you can.

You’re now ready for the next step!

Now it’s time to spread the word! Post your campaign on social media, send it your family & friends via email, share with a school and/or church. Host a lemonade stand! There are so many ways to give back and to make your campaign a huge success!

When you enroll you’ll share what children’s hospital you’re benefiting. We’ll work with you to identify the best contact to use to send the items directly to the hospital to make the final gift shipment. The gift will be made in your family’s ambassador name! It’s such a beautiful way to give back and support others!

When you reach your $500 goal we’ll begin the process of shipping on your behalf!

MaxLove Ambassadors are encouraged to enroll at anytime. It’s a perfect opportunity to celebrate treatment milestones, an anniversary or birthday, or a legacy project. We’ll offer the opportunity for as long as supplies last.
